Overview: We are looking for a seasoned Plant Head to spearhead Manufacturing Operations Management at CNC Technics, ensuring seamless Production Planning & Execution. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the entire manufacturing process, from optimizing Inventory Management to strategic Resource Allocation. You will champion adherence to SOP and Quality Management Systems, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional Leadership and Team Management skills to guide our team of engineers and technicians, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety across our 40,000 sqft facility. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align production with demand, manage raw material levels, and implement process improvements. Oversee the execution of production plans, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards. Collaborate with sales and marketing to forecast demand and adjust production plans.
Inventory Management: Manage raw material and finished goods inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstocking. Implement and maintain inventory control systems to track stock levels and monitor usage. Negotiate with suppliers to secure favourable pricing and delivery terms for CNC Technics. Resource Allocation and Optimization: Allocate resources efficiently, including labor, materials, and machinery, to maximize output. Identify opportunities to improve resource utilization and implement process improvements. Monitor equipment performance and schedule maintenance to prevent downtime. Quality Assurance and Compliance: Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Quality Management Systems (QMS). Work with Quality control teams to monitor raw materials, in-process checks, and final inspections. Implement and maintain quality control procedures to identify and address defects. Team Leadership and Management: Manage and supervise a team of workers, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities to enhance employee skills. Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees at CNC Technics. Health and Safety Management: Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations within the CNC Technics factory. Conduct regular safety audits and training sessions for employees. Promote a culture of safety awareness and compliance among employees.
