We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead our jewellery showroom operations. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent customer relationship management abilities, and a proven track record of increasing retail sales. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the sales team, improving showroom performance, ensuring exceptional customer service, and achieving monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and supervise the showroom sales team.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase showroom sales and profitability.
- Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and monitor team performance.
- Train, coach, and evaluate employees to improve sales skills and customer service.
- Ensure every customer receives an outstanding shopping experience.
- Monitor employee attendance, discipline, grooming, and productivity.
- Analyze sales reports, customer trends, and product performance.
- Coordinate with management on inventory planning and fast-moving products.
- Handle VIP customers and resolve customer complaints professionally.
- Plan promotional activities and festive sales campaigns.
- Ensure proper display, merchandising, and visual presentation of jewellery.
- Maintain showroom security and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Prepare daily and monthly performance reports for management.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
