Key Responsibilities
•Handle end-to-end recruitment for BFSI, Fintech, Corporate & IT roles
•Understand client requirements in depth and deliver high-quality profiles
•Source candidates through job portals, referrals, networking, and direct search
•Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and coordination
•Manage client and stakeholder relationships effectively
•Ensure strong follow-ups, closures, and post-offer engagement
•Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS as required
