Job Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for healthcare / non-healthcare roles (as assigned)
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and databases
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
- Maintain candidate pipeline and recruitment trackers
- Follow up with candidates and clients for feedback and closures
- Understand client requirements and deliver suitable profiles within TAT
- Maintain proper documentation and MIS reports
Qualification & Experience:
- Graduate / MBA (HR preferred)
- 0–3 years of experience in recruitment / consultancy preferred
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
Skills Required:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work with targets and deadlines
- Good understanding of recruitment lifecycle
- Proficiency in MS Excel and job portals
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
