Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecaller to join our team in Adajan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, engaging with customers, providing information about products and services, and generating leads. Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally and courteously.
- Explain products and services to customers and answer their questions.
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
- Follow up with customers and maintain regular communication.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions.
- Meet daily and monthly call and lead-generation targets.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Requirements
- Fresher to 1 year of experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills.
- Strong interpersonal and customer-handling abilities.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or Graduate.
- Knowledge of Hindi, English, and Gujarati is an advantage.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
