Position: Senior Developer

Overview:
We are seeking a highly-skilled and experienced Senior Developer to join our team. This role will involve developing and leading projects from start to finish, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers. As a Senior Developer at Chris Engineering Team, you will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects and use the latest technologies to drive innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and own the end-to-end development of complex projects, from conception to delivery
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and engineers to deliver high-quality solutions
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, ensuring best practices and high coding standards are followed
- Actively participate in code reviews and contribute towards improving code quality and development processes
- Stay abreast with the latest technologies and trends in the industry and propose ways to incorporate them into our products
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a software developer, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role
- Extensive experience with at least one modern programming language such as Java, Python, or JavaScript
- Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices
- Experience developing and leading projects using Agile methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality products within tight timelines
- Prior experience in the engineering industry is a plus
