- End-to-end recruitment (screening, interviewing, hiring)
- Posting job vacancies on job portals & social media
- Coordinating interviews with department heads
- Issuing offer letters & appointment letters
- Handling joining formalities & documentation
- Maintaining HR MIS & employee database
- Updating HR policies & procedures
- Ensuring compliance with company rules
