JSE Engineering Pvt. Ltd. is looking for experienced Senior BIM Modelers / BIM Leads with strong expertise in HVAC, PHE/Plumbing, or Electrical BIM.

About the Role
The selected candidates will be responsible for developing and coordinating Revit MEP models, clash detection and resolution, model QA/QC, shop drawings, and project BIM deliverables.
For BIM Lead positions, the role will additionally involve team coordination, task allocation, technical guidance, model reviews, clash management, and client/consultant coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain accurate 3D BIM models using Revit MEP
- Prepare MEP models based on design drawings, specifications, and project requirements
- Coordinate MEP services with Architectural and Structural models
- Perform clash detection and resolution using Navisworks Manage
- Prepare and review shop drawings, sections, details, and schedules
- Conduct BIM model review and QA/QC before project submission
- Follow project BIM standards, LOD requirements, naming conventions, and client specifications
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, BIM teams, and project managers
- Resolve technical and coordination issues during project execution
- Ensure timely delivery of BIM outputs
- Guide and review the work of junior/intermediate BIM Modelers

Qualification
B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in the relevant engineering discipline.
Candidate Profile
- 2 – 10+ years of relevant MEP BIM experience
- Strong hands-on experience in Revit MEP
- Good understanding of MEP systems and construction practices
- Ability to independently handle assigned BIM deliverables
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- International project experience is preferred
- GCC / Middle East project experience will be an added advantage
