- Operate and monitor water filling machines (bottle/jar filling lines) to ensure accurate and efficient filling.
- Perform machine setup, changeovers, and adjustments for different bottle sizes and production requirements.
- Conduct preventive and breakdown maintenance of filling machines and associated equipment.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues to minimize downtime.
- Ensure proper functioning of rinsing, filling, and capping systems.
- Maintain hygiene and sanitation standards as per industry and company requirements.
- Monitor filling accuracy, avoid leakage, and control wastage of water and materials.
- Maintain daily production logs, machine performance reports, and maintenance records.
- Coordinate with quality and production teams to meet output and quality targets.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational procedures.
- Train operators on machine handling and basic troubleshooting.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
