Position Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and result-oriented Sales Executive who can effectively convert leads into memberships, build strong client relationships, and contribute to business growth. Key Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective clients through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and other communication channels.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable membership plans and services.
- Convert qualified leads into successful enrollments through effective sales conversations and relationship building.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective clients to maximize conversions and revenue generation.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
- Achieve assigned sales targets, revenue goals, and performance metrics on a monthly basis.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, sales activities, and enrollments in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery for newly enrolled clients.
- Ensure applicable GST and service charges are correctly communicated and collected during customer enrollment.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1+ years of experience in Sales, Tele Sales, Business Development, Customer Relationship Management, or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach and positive attitude.
- Ability to handle objections and convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, CRM tools, and customer management processes.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
