Lead Oracle HCM Cloud solution design across Core HR, Talent, Compensation, Absence, Time & Labor, and Benefits.
Design scalable HCM solutions aligned with business requirements and technology standards.
Ensure effective integration between Oracle HCM, Oracle ERP, and other enterprise systems.
Act as a liaison between HCM and ERP implementation teams.
Support solution lifecycle activities including design, proof of concepts (POCs), testing, deployment, and post go-live support.
Develop and document solution architecture, data flows, and integration requirements.
Build and support integrations using HCM Extracts, HCM Data Loader (HDL), REST/SOAP APIs, and Oracle Integration Cloud.
Collaborate with HR, IT, Finance, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and recommend solutions.
Provide guidance to project teams, vendors, consultants, and senior stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with Oracle Cloud best practices and solution governance standards.
Strong expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud modules (Core HR, Talent, Compensation, Absence, Time & Labor).
Good understanding of Oracle ERP and its integration with HCM (Finance, Payroll, Projects).
Experience with HCM Extracts, HDL, Fast Formulas, and REST/SOAP APIs.
Knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud and enterprise integration frameworks.
Ability to design end-to-end HCM solutions in complex environments.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
