Key Responsibilities
As an Accounts Executive, you will play a vital role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the finance team in day-to-day accounting functions. Your core responsibilities will include:
Accounting & Financial Reporting
- Maintain and update day-to-day financial transactions and records.
- Prepare and post journal entries, ledgers, and trial balances.
- Assist in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.
- Prepare financial statements and reports as required.
Accounts Payable & Receivable
- Process invoices, payments, and reimbursements.
- Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Reconcile customer and vendor accounts.
GST & Taxation Compliance
- Assist in preparation of GST returns, TDS filing, and other statutory compliance reports.
- Support with audits and tax documentation.
Documentation & Record Keeping
- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.
- Support documentation during internal/external audits.
Coordination & Support
- Assist finance team with budgeting and forecasting tasks.
- Coordinate with internal departments on financial queries.
- Liaise with banks and vendors for financial matters.
Requirements
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Additional certifications such as a Diploma in Accounting, Tally, or GST Practitioner certification will be an added advantage.
- CA Intermediate or CMA Qualified is mandatory.
Experience
- 1–5 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, or related functions.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, SAP, or similar ERP systems.
- Advanced working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in financial data management.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
