Type One Expeditions is developing a new category at the intersection of adventure, leadership development, expeditionary learning, and human transformation.
Together with Royal Enfield, we are creating EVOLUTION X™.
A mission-based expedition platform where participants do not simply travel through terrain.
They are transformed by it.

YOUR MISSION
Design and command immersive multi-day expedition experiences across India's most demanding environments.
You will transform ordinary participants into capable expedition operators through carefully engineered challenges, missions, and field exercises.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Mission Architecture
Design mission-based expedition scenarios and progression systems.
Field Command
Lead expedition operations across varied terrain and environmental conditions.
Leadership Development
Facilitate leadership, resilience, and decision-making experiences.
Challenge Design
Create navigation missions, team exercises, reconnaissance challenges, and problem-solving scenarios.
Risk Management
Develop safety systems and operational protocols.
Participant Progression
Evaluate performance and contribute to the Evolution Path™ framework.
