As a Senior Data Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in accelerating Hansen’s shift towards AI‑driven automation and advanced analytics. This role exists to modernize legacy processes, elevate data quality, streamline reporting, and build future‑ready analytics foundations. Operating from Pune, you will support global stakeholders and influence strategic initiatives that directly shape Hansen’s operational efficiency and decision‑making models.
You will not only deliver insights but also architect solutions, mentor junior analysts, and help integrate AI‑enabled capabilities into business processes ensuring Hansen remains at the forefront of modern data innovation.
What You’ll Do
- Design, develop, and maintain robust automation frameworks (Selenium, Robot, Playwright).
- Sprint planning & execution
- Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous delivery.
- Drive standardization of automation practices across teams.
- Collaborating with developers, product owners, and QA leads to ensure quality from the start.
Mentor junior testers and contribute to knowledge-sharing sessions.

What You Bring
- A bachelor’s degree in data science, Computer Science, Statistics, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience.
- Hands‑on experience with Azure Data Lake (Gen2), Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Factory, and Azure SQL Database.
- Strong expertise in Power BI, including advanced modelling, DAX, Power Query, Row‑Level Security, report automation, and AI‑powered visuals.
- Proven success delivering data migration and modernisation projects.
Excellent SQL skills (T‑SQL, performance tuning) for querying, modelling, and optimisation.
