About the Role
Structos India Pvt Ltd is looking for a structured and detail-oriented Business Analyst to support our software team in Jaipur. This role combines business analysis, requirements documentation, Jira ticket preparation, product support and functional testing.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and clarify requirements from internal teams and end users
- Prepare SRS documents, functional specs, user stories and acceptance criteria
- Create and manage Jira tickets (bugs, stories, tasks) with clear descriptions
- Reproduce, document and prioritise software issues and bug reports
- Test completed features against requirements before sign-off
- Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Learn and use Claude (AI tool) to improve documentation and daily workflows
- Required Skills & Experience
- 3–5 years as a Business Analyst, Product Support Executive or similar role in an IT/software company
- Experience writing SRS, BRD, FRD or functional specification documents
- Hands-on experience with Jira or similar project management tools
- Strong written and spoken English (essential — all documentation is in English)
- Basic understanding of SDLC and Agile methodology
- Ability to write user stories, acceptance criteria and test cases
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration or related field
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
