Admin – Travel Desk Executive (Annova)

Role Overview
The Travel Desk Executive is responsible for coordinating corporate travel arrangements while supporting office administration, vendor management, and facility-related activities. The role requires excellent organizational skills, cost-conscious planning, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Travel Management
- Book domestic and international flights, hotels, trains, and cabs.
- Compare vendor quotations to secure cost-effective travel options.
- Prepare and manage travel itineraries.
- Handle travel modifications, cancellations, and emergency travel requests.
- Maintain travel records, invoices, and expense documentation.
- Coordinate with travel agencies, airlines, hotels, and transport vendors.
- Ensure compliance with company travel policies and budgets.
Administration
- Support daily office administration and facility operations.
- Coordinate housekeeping, security, pantry, and maintenance services.
- Manage office supplies and procurement.
- Track vendor invoices and payment follow-ups.
- Organize meetings, conferences, and employee engagement events.
- Manage visitors and meeting room bookings.
- Support new employee onboarding logistics.
- Maintain administrative documentation and records.
Vendor Management
- Build and maintain relationships with travel and facility vendors.
- Negotiate pricing and service agreements.
- Monitor vendor performance and resolve issues promptly.
Required Skills
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in Travel Desk, Administration, Facilities, or Corporate Services.
- Experience coordinating flight, hotel, train, and cab bookings.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Knowledge of travel management systems.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Vendor negotiation and relationship management.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Shift Requirements
- Willing to work rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Available to support travel emergencies outside regular working hours when needed.
Pay: Up to ₹29,000.00 per month
