- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.

- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of junior team members.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Mulesoft Anypoint Platform.
- Experience in designing and developing integration solutions using APIs and connectors within the Mulesoft ecosystem.
- Strong understanding of application architecture and middleware technologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues effectively.
- Familiarity with deployment and management of applications in cloud and on-premise environments.
