- Lead Generation: Proactively hunt for new prospects via cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and social platforms like LinkedIn.
- Needs Assessment & Pitching: Conduct meetings to understand client pain points and deliver tailored product or service presentations.
- Negotiation & Closing: Handle objections, discuss pricing and contract terms, and finalize deals to meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Relationship Management: Build long-term trust with clients, provide after-sales support, and identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
- Reporting & Tracking: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, lead statuses, and sales forecasts using CRM tools.
