Job Title: Live-in Kitchen Assistant
Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated, energetic, and trustworthy **live-in Kitchen Assistant** to become a part of our growing team. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, who is eager to learn, adaptable, and willing to take on a variety of responsibilities in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Experience is not mandatory—we value willingness to learn and a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities
* Assist with daily food preparation and kitchen activities.
* Help in cutting, cleaning, washing, and preparing ingredients.
* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and storage areas.
* Assist in packing food orders accurately and efficiently.
* Help with loading, unloading, and organizing stock.
* Wash utensils and ensure workstations remain clean throughout the day.
* Assist with basic housekeeping related to the kitchen.
* Follow instructions from the kitchen supervisor and complete assigned tasks promptly.
* Learn new recipes, cooking methods, and kitchen procedures.
* Support the team during bulk orders, events, and busy production days.
* Be flexible and ready to assist wherever needed.
Requirements
* Should be able to communicate in **Kannada and Hindi**.
* Willing to stay at the accommodation provided by the company.
* Physically active and capable of standing and working for extended periods.
* Hardworking, honest, and dependable.
* Eager to learn and open to feedback.
* Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team.
* Should be adaptable and comfortable with changing work requirements.
* Good personal hygiene and cleanliness are essential.
* Prior kitchen or housekeeping experience is an advantage but not required.
