We are looking for a MIS/Data Analyst who is interested in building a long-term career in HR Operations along with Data Analytics & MIS.
Key Skills:
Advanced Excel – Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, Power Query & Complex Formulas
HR MIS, Dashboards & Tracker Creation
Data Analysis, Reporting & Visualization
Data Management and Process Automation
Hands-on use of AI tools for reporting and automation
Strong Excel & Data Analytics skills are mandatory.
