Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive Sourcing Manager to strengthen our business pipeline by building and managing strong relationships with Channel Partners (CPs). The role focuses on networking, coordination, and lead generation through CP engagement and industry connections.
Key Responsibilities
* Build and maintain strong relationships with Channel Partners (CPs)
* Onboard new CPs and expand the existing CP network
* Actively engage with CP groups, associations, and professional networks
* Regularly connect and coordinate with CPs to generate qualified leads
* Share project details, pricing, and updates with CPs
* Track CP performance and sourcing leads through MIS/CRM
* Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for smooth lead conversion
* Participate in CP meetings, events, and networking activities
Requirements
* 1–3 years of experience in real estate sourcing, CP management, or sales coordination
* Strong communication and relationship-management skills
* Good understanding of CP-driven sales processes
* Ability to network and build long-term professional relationships
* Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
