Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented SAP PP Operator with 1–2 years of hands-on experience in SAP Production Planning (PP). The candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining material codes, production versions, routings, Bills of Material (BOM), and releasing production orders to support efficient manufacturing operations.
Job Description for Shift supervisor- Technical (Supervisor/Jr. officer)
Master Data Management
- Create and maintain material codes in SAP as per business requirements.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of material master data.
- Coordinate with production, planning, procurement, and quality teams for master data updates.
Production Version Management
- Create and maintain production versions in SAP.
- Ensure proper linkage between BOMs and routings.
- Validate production version data before release for manufacturing use.
Routing Management
- Create, modify, and maintain routing master data.
- Define work centers, operations, setup times, machine times, and labor times.
- Ensure routing accuracy to support production planning and costing.
BOM (Bill of Material) Management
- Create and maintain BOMs for finished goods, semi-finished goods, and components.
- Update BOMs based on engineering or process changes.
- Ensure BOM accuracy for planning, procurement, and production execution.
Production Order Management
- Create and release production orders in SAP.
- Verify material availability and master data readiness before order release.
- Monitor order status and coordinate with production teams for smooth execution.
- Support closure and settlement of production orders.
- Process Improvement & Compliance
- Ensure SAP master data follows company standards and procedures.
- Participate in data validation and audit activities.
- Identify opportunities for improving SAP processes and data accuracy..
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of SAP PP Master Data.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
