Key Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Oversee receipt, storage, issue, and stock reconciliation of raw materials (RM), packaging materials (PM), and finished products; implement FIFO.
- Documentation & Reporting: Prepare Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), process indent requests, maintain stock registers, generate monthly stock statements, and handle documentation for audits.
- Quality & Compliance: Ensure storage conditions meet pharma standards, manage rejected/expired stock, support quality audits, and follow safety protocols.
- Coordination: Liaise with Production for material availability, QC for sampling, and Logistics for dispatch/delivery.
- Operations: Supervise store staff, maintain cleanliness, ensure accurate stock-taking, and work with inventory software.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
- Education: B.Sc./M.Sc. or B Pharm.
- Experience: Proven experience in a pharmaceutical store, ideally with raw materials and dispensing.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of inventory software, MS Excel, and understanding of pharmaceutical supply chain/storage.
- Soft Skills: High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, accuracy, good communication, problem-solving, and ability to work under pressure.
