Job Summary
The Field Sales Representative is responsible for promoting and selling uniforms, workwear, and apparel solutions to retail businesses and HoReCa clients, including hotels, restaurants, cafés, catering companies, and hospitality establishments. The role involves generating new business, maintaining customer relationships, conducting product presentations, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the retail and HoReCa sectors.
- Conduct regular field visits to hotels, restaurants, cafés, retail stores, and hospitality businesses.
- Present product samples and recommend suitable uniform and workwear solutions based on customer requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales agreements.
- Follow up on inquiries, proposals, and pending orders to maximize conversions.
- Coordinate with the production, operations, and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and business opportunities.
- Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events as required.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field preferred.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage a field sales territory effectively.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively.
Preferred Experience
- 1–5 years of field sales experience in uniforms, apparel, textiles, hospitality supplies, retail products, or B2B sales.
- Experience working with hotels, restaurants, cafés, hospitals, corporate offices, or retail chains is highly preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
