We are looking for an experienced and responsible Production & Quality Manager to oversee daily production operations and ensure high-quality standards across all manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end production activities and ensure smooth workflow
- Plan, monitor, and optimize production schedules
- Maintain stock, raw material, packaging material, and inventory records
- Implement and monitor quality assurance and quality control processes
- Ensure compliance with GMP, FSSAI, SOPs, and company standards
- Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and dispatch teams
- Identify and resolve production and quality-related issues
- Maintain production reports, batch records, and documentation
- Lead and train production staff to improve efficiency and productivity
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Food Technology, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, or a related field
- Experience in production and quality management (Food/Nutraceutical/FMCG industry preferred)
- Strong knowledge of inventory management, quality systems, and manufacturing processes
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Salary: As per experience and industry standards
