Branch In-Charge
Job Description:
We are looking for a Branch In-Charge responsible for managing the overall day-to-day operations, business development, sales, marketing, customer service, administration, and team performance of the branch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor day-to-day branch operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Drive sales, revenue generation, business development, and achievement of branch targets.
- Develop and implement local marketing and promotional activities.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with customers, corporates, institutions, doctors, hospitals, and referral partners.
- Monitor branch performance, sales, leads, conversions, revenue, and prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports.
- Manage branch staff, including attendance, duty allocation, productivity, discipline, and performance.
- Ensure excellent customer service and complaint resolution.
- Coordinate with Head Office, HR, Finance, Operations, Marketing, and other departments for smooth business operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, statutory requirements, and operational standards.
- Monitor branch expenses, inventory, assets, housekeeping, maintenance, and other administrative requirements.
- Conduct regular team meetings and ensure effective implementation of management instructions.
- Analyse business performance and take corrective actions to achieve organizational objectives.

Qualification:
Graduate in any discipline. MBA/PGDM in Management, Marketing, HR, or Operations will be preferred.
Experience:
3–5 years of experience in Branch Operations, Sales, Business Development, Healthcare, Diagnostics, Hospital, or Service Industry.
