Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and confident Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. Your primary responsibility will be making outbound cold calls to potential clients, identifying business opportunities, qualifying leads, and scheduling meetings for our Business Development team. You will also conduct outreach through emails, LinkedIn, and other channels to generate new business opportunities. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills who enjoys speaking with people, building relationships, and contributing to business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound cold calls to potential clients every day.
- Introduce AXOLOTL WEB MEDIA's services, including website development, mobile apps, SaaS solutions, AI automation, and technology consulting.
- Identify client requirements and qualify potential leads.
- Schedule meetings for the Business Development team.
- Follow up with prospects through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Maintain accurate records of all calls and lead status in the CRM.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective clients.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in making high volumes of outbound cold calls.
- Strong persuasion and objection-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and disciplined.
- Previous experience in cold calling, telecalling, telesales, or lead generation is preferred but not mandatory.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in B2B cold calling or appointment setting.
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or Salesforce.
- Understanding of technology services, SaaS, websites, or AI solutions.
- Ability to communicate in multiple languages is an advantage.
