Job Title: Customer Support Executive
Job Summary:
The Customer Support Executive is responsible for managing post-sales customer support activities, including machine commissioning coordination, customer complaint handling, service support coordination, and preparation of technical documentation. The role ensures timely issue resolution and customer satisfaction by coordinating with customers, sales, and service teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate machine installation and commissioning schedules.
- Monitor and ensure timely completion of machine commissioning.
- Receive, record, and track customer complaints and service requests.
- Coordinate with service and technical teams for prompt issue resolution.
- Follow up with customers until successful closure of complaints.
- Prepare and maintain operating manuals, user guides, SOPs, and service records.
- Maintain commissioning reports, complaint logs, and customer service documentation.
Required Skills:
- Basic technical troubleshooting knowledge.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good planning, documentation, and customer service skills.
Qualification:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or a related Engineering discipline.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
