Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end creation of high-quality video content including ideation, scripting, editing, motion graphics, and final production for digital and enterprise channels.

Develop compelling visual assets using Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Audition) to deliver polished and engaging video content.

Conceptualize and propose innovative video and podcast ideas aligned with brand goals, industry trends, and audience engagement strategies.

Leverage GenAI tools (AI video generators, voice synthesis, avatars, automated editing tools) to create scalable video formats, podcasts, and digital storytelling assets.

Design and implement agentic AI-driven workflows to streamline content production, including automated scripting, editing, voiceovers, and publishing.

Produce a variety of content formats including corporate videos, explainer videos, social media reels, leadership communication, and AI-generated podcasts.

Collaborate closely with stakeholders to translate financial concepts into clear, engaging visuals.

Maintain strong brand consistency, storytelling quality, and visual standards across all formats and platforms.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to timelines, detail, and creative excellence.

Stay updated on emerging media, AI tools, and content trends, especially within the financial services domain.
Qualifications & Experience
-
Graduate with Diploma/Degree in video editing, graphic design, motion graphics and animation.

Minimum 8+ years of experience in video editing, production, and graphic design.

Strong expertise in Adobe tools and hands-on exposure to GenAI and AI-driven content creation workflows.

Good interpersonal & communication skills (verbal & written)

Ability to comprehend client requirements

Ability to meet tight deadlines / SLAs

Willing to work in 24x7 environment
