Restaurant Executive – Job Description
A Restaurant Executive is responsible for supporting the daily restaurant operations, ensuring quality guest service, coordinating staff activities, and maintaining operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing day-to-day restaurant operations
- Ensure excellent guest service and customer satisfaction
- Supervise restaurant staff during shifts
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams
- Handle guest complaints professionally
- Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and grooming standards
- Ensure proper billing and cash handling procedures
- Maintain stock and inventory records
- Support staff training and motivation
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and safety standards
- Help achieve sales targets and operational efficiency
Skills Required

Qualification & Experience
- Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management preferred
- Experience in restaurant or hospitality operations preferred
Reporting To
- Restaurant Manager / F&B Manager
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
