Job Summary:
We are looking for a well-groomed and service-oriented Steward to join our fine dining restaurant team. The Steward will be responsible for providing excellent guest service, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting smooth restaurant operations.

Welcome guests politely and guide them to their tables.

Serve food and beverages as per fine dining service standards.

Ensure tables are clean, well-set, and properly arranged before and after service.

Assist guests with menu selection and answer basic questions about food and drinks.

Coordinate with kitchen and service team to ensure timely service.

Clear used dishes, glasses, and cutlery from tables.

Maintain cleanliness of dining area, service stations, and equipment.

Follow hygiene and safety standards at all times.

Handle guest requests and complaints politely and inform seniors if needed.

Support team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

1–3 years of experience in a fine dining restaurant or hotel.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.
