We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Operations Manager (OM) to oversee the daily operations of the hotel and ensure excellent guest service. The candidate will manage front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, staff coordination, and overall operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations and staff management
- Ensure high standards of guest service and satisfaction
- Monitor housekeeping, front office, and F&B operations
- Handle guest complaints and resolve operational issues
- Maintain hotel policies, safety, and quality standards
- Prepare operational reports and manage budgets
- Coordinate with different departments for smooth functioning
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management or related field
- 3+ years of experience in hotel operations
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Good problem-solving and team management abilities
- Proficiency in hotel management software is preferred
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
