We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Office Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our clinic and diagnostic centre.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with back-office and administrative tasks
- Maintain patient files, reports, and office records
- Coordinate with doctors, technicians, and vendors
- Handle document filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry
- Collect and deliver reports, samples, and documents within the facility when required
- Manage office supplies and assist in inventory maintenance
- Support smooth day-to-day clinic operations and perform general office errands
Requirements:
- Graduate or equivalent
- Basic computer knowledge
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational skills and a responsible attitude
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
