Duties & Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively and efficiently.
- Manage high volumes of inbound and outbound calls.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
- Meet or exceed performance targets.
- Contribute to team goals and initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
Skills and Abilities:
- Strong Communication Skills
- Problem Solving Skills
- Knowledge of CRM systems and procedures
Education & Experience:
- Any Graduate or Under Graduate with Excellent Communication skill.
- Candidates with US Voice process experience will be preferred.
Job Location:
- Madhapur, Hitech City Area
- 5 Days a Week (Monday to Friday)
- Shift Timing: 5.30 PM to 2.30 AM
