We are looking for a committed and dynamic Public Relations Officer to represent the organization and support meaningful engagement with visitors, stakeholders, media, and the wider community.
Job Summary
The Public Relations Officer will be responsible for managing the organization’s public image, building positive relationships with stakeholders, coordinating communications, and supporting outreach and public engagement activities at Shivoham Shiva Temple.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent the organization professionally while interacting with visitors, stakeholders, media, and external contacts.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with the public, community members, and relevant stakeholders.
- Coordinate PR activities, outreach initiatives, events, and organizational communications.
- Draft and coordinate professional communication materials, announcements, invitations, and responses.
- Handle enquiries and provide accurate information about the organization, its activities, and initiatives.
- Support media and publicity activities, including coordination with external contacts when required.
- Maintain a positive and professional image of the organization across all interactions.
- Coordinate internally with relevant departments to ensure smooth communication and timely execution of PR activities.
- Attend and support organizational events, programs, and activities as required.

- Basic understanding of public relations, communications, media coordination, or outreach activities.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Eligibility
- Experience: 3–5 years of relevant experience in Public Relations, Corporate Communications, Media Relations, Outreach, Hospitality, Customer Relations, or a similar role.
- Candidates with strong communication and stakeholder-management abilities are encouraged to apply.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
