We work with businesses across different industries to improve their online presence, generate leads and build stronger digital visibility.
We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Social Media Executive who can manage social media platforms, create engaging content ideas, handle posting schedules and support brand growth across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest and YouTube.
Role Overview
The Social Media Executive will be responsible for planning, creating, scheduling, and managing social media content for 123 WebDesigner and its clients. The ideal candidate should understand social media trends, audience behavior, content formats, captions, hashtags, reels and platform-specific growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage social media accounts for the company and clients.
- Create monthly content calendars for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest and YouTube.
- Write engaging captions, post copies, reel scripts and social media content ideas.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors and content writers for creatives and videos.
- Plan and publish posts, reels, stories, carousels and short-form video content.
- Research current trends, hashtags, audio trends, and competitor activities.
- Improve engagement, reach, followers and brand visibility through consistent content planning.
- Track social media performance and prepare monthly reports.
- Suggest creative campaign ideas for festivals, launches, offers and brand promotions.
- Support paid social media campaigns when required.
- Ensure all social media content follows brand tone, design style, and client objectives.
- Respond to comments, messages and basic audience interactions when needed.
Required Skills
- Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest and YouTube.
- Strong content ideation and caption writing skills.
- Basic knowledge of reels, stories, carousel posts and short-form video trends.
- Ability to create social media calendars and campaign plans.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Understanding of hashtags, engagement strategy and audience targeting.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Meta Business Suite and scheduling tools is a plus.
- Ability to analyze insights and prepare simple performance reports.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, English, Digital Marketing or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Agency experience will be preferred.
- Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, Google Ads or Meta Ads will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
