We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Telecalling Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, generating leads, explaining our products/services, and maintaining strong customer relationships over phone calls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain company products and services professionally.
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
- Follow up with interested customers and schedule appointments.
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Maintain daily call records and update CRM/database.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Requirements:
- Minimum HSC / Graduate.
- Excellent communication skills in Marathi, Hindi & Basic English.
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, Excel).
- Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply.
- Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
