Key Responsibilities
- Plan & optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube
- Drive organic traffic with SEO (On-page, Off-page, Technical) + SMO strategies
- Manage YouTube/Instagram content: strategy, video optimization, growth & analytics
- Handle CRM- lead tracking, automations, sales alignmentOptimize website performance, landing pages, GA4 & fix funnel leaks
Required Skills
- 3-4 years in digital marketing with high-budget campaign experience
- Hands-on with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO tools
- CRM management + website/landing page optimization expertise
- Data-driven decisions via Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Suite
- Qualifications: Marketing/Business degree + certifications (Google Ads, Meta Blueprint preferred)
