The Sales Manager is responsible for leading the two-wheeler sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets. This role involves managing daily showroom operations, driving customer satisfaction, and implementing sales strategies to maximize profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Management & Sales Performance
- Supervise, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and group targets.
- Monitor daily inquiries, test rides, and conversions.
- Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews.
- Business Development
- Plan and execute sales promotions, events, and marketing campaigns.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, financiers, and dealers.
- Identify new business opportunities to increase market share.
- Customer Relationship Management
- Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
- Handle escalated customer issues and resolve complaints promptly.
- Maintain customer follow-up systems for feedback and repeat sales.
- Operational Responsibilities
- Ensure proper display and upkeep of vehicles in the showroom.
- Coordinate with service, spares, and finance departments for smooth operations.
- Maintain sales reports, stock movement, and documentation accuracy.
- Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Analyze sales trends and suggest improvement strategies.
- Track competitor activities and market developments.
