Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, and network-related issues.
- Monitor and maintain Wi-Fi and internet connectivity across the office.
- Set up systems for new employees and ensure proper functioning.
- Manage system updates, antivirus software, and data backups.
- Coordinate with teams to resolve technical issues promptly.
- Maintain IT inventory including computers, accessories, and networking devices.
Requirements
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in IT Support or System Administration.
- Diploma, B.Tech, BCA, MCA, or relevant IT qualification.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, networking, Windows operating systems, and troubleshooting.
