- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Assist with recruitment activities, including posting job vacancies, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and other HR-related documentation.
- Support payroll processing by maintaining attendance, leave, and employee data.
- Administer employee benefits and assist with benefits enrollment.
- Track employee attendance, leave requests, and performance review schedules.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR procedures.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Organize training sessions, employee engagement activities, and company events.
- Generate HR reports and maintain confidential records.
Pay: ₹10,855.25 - ₹33,180.87 per month
