About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels.
- Initiate conversations with prospective clients via calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
- Understand customer requirements and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain and update CRM records.
- Support lead generation and market research activities.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive business growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects.
Requirements
- MBA/BBA graduate (Freshers can apply).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Basic understanding of sales and business development concepts.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and CRM tools is a plus.
