Job Summary
We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates for the role of Customer Care Executive for a leading BPO process. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries through calls, chats, or emails and providing excellent customer support.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls professionally
- Resolve customer queries and complaints effectively
- Provide accurate information about products and services
- Maintain customer satisfaction and service quality
- Update customer records in CRM/software
- Follow communication scripts and process guidelines
- Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department
Eligibility Criteria
- Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply
- Minimum qualification: 10th Pass / Graduate
- Good communication skills in English & Hindi
- Basic computer knowledge required
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts
