Job Description:
HBGadgets Technology is looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to handle customer queries and ensure a smooth customer experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for resolving issues, providing product information, and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate information about products and services
- Maintain records of customer interactions
- Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution
- Coordinate with internal teams for quick problem-solving
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- 0–2 years of experience in customer support (freshers can apply)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving attitude
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to handle pressure and multitask
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in customer service or call center
- Familiarity with CRM tools
- Strong listening skills and patience
