We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic, and committed HR Executive to join our Human Resources Team. This position is ideal for candidates who are passionate about building a career in Human Resources and are eager to gain hands-on experience across all major HR functions.
The role involves regular interaction with employees across different departments and levels of the organization. The candidate should be comfortable handling employee-related matters, maintaining confidentiality, coordinating with management, and addressing sensitive HR issues professionally and empathetically.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various recruitment channels.
- Coordinate interviews with department heads and management.
- Prepare and issue offer letters, appointment letters, and joining documentation.
- Conduct employee onboarding and induction programmes.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely follow-up with candidates
HR Operations
- Maintain employee records, personal files, and HR documentation.
- Handle employee confirmation, transfers, promotions, and exit formalities.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of HRMS/ERP records.
- Coordinate with various departments for day-to-day HR activities.
- Handle employee-related documentation and correspondence.
Attendance, Leave & Payroll Coordination
- Monitor employee attendance and leave records.
- Verify attendance and leave data for payroll processing.
- Prepare monthly payroll inputs and coordinate with the Accounts Department for salary processing.
- Maintain payroll-related documentation and reports.
- Assist employees with attendance, leave, and payroll-related queries
Employee Relations
- Respond to employee queries and provide HR support.
- Assist in employee engagement, welfare, and retention initiatives.
- Promote a positive, collaborative, and professional work environment.
Training & Development
- Coordinate employee induction and training programmes.
- Maintain training records and support learning and development initiatives.
HR Compliance
- Assist in ensuring compliance with labour laws and statutory regulations, including EPF, ESI, Professional Tax, and other applicable requirements.
- Maintain statutory records and support audits and inspections.
HR Reporting
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, and manpower data.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
- Support HR policy implementation and organizational initiatives.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Good problem-solving and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of HRMS/ERP systems will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Educational Qualification
- MBA (Human Resources)
- MSW (Human Resources)
- PGDM (Human Resources)
- BBA, B.Com., or any graduate with a strong interest in Human Resources may also apply.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Experience
- Freshers are welcome.
- 0–3 years of experience in Human Resources, Recruitment, Administration, or Employee Relations will be an added advantage.
- Internship or project experience in HR is preferred.
