We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to join our growing solar business. This role is purely field-oriented, involving direct client interaction, site visits, and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through field visits and local networking
- Meet potential clients and explain solar solutions
- Conduct site visits and coordinate with technical team
- Close sales and achieve monthly targets
- Maintain client relationships and follow-ups
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in field sales, business development, or channel sales.
- Must own a two-wheeler (bike) and possess a valid driving license.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Local candidates from Prayagraj will be preferred.
