Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain backend applications using Node.js and frameworks like Express.js or NestJS.
- Build, test, and maintain REST APIs for web and mobile applications.
- Work with databases such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Redis.
- Write clean, efficient, and reusable code.
- Fix bugs, troubleshoot issues, and improve application performance.
- Work closely with front-end developers, QA, DevOps, and other team members to deliver features on time.
- Use Git for version control and Docker for application deployment.
- Assist in deploying and maintaining applications on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in backend development using Node.js.
- Good knowledge of Node.js and frameworks like Express.js or NestJS.
- Experience building and consuming REST APIs.
- Good understanding of MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Redis.
- Basic knowledge of microservices architecture is a plus.
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is an advantage.
- Experience using Git for version control.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
