Akshar Yoga Kendraaa, is a 20+ year old organisation founded by Himalayan Siddhaa Akshar. We are an internationally recognized institution that is officially accredited by the Yoga Certification Board (YCB) under the Ministry of Ayush, Government of India.
Rooted in the ancient wisdom of the Himalayas and guided by Himalayan Siddhaa Akshar, we've spent over a decade building a home for authentic yogic education — through teacher trainings, retreats, wellness programs, and a community that now spans the globe.

The Opportunity
We're looking for someone who enjoys working across the whole employee journey — from finding the right people, to helping them imbibe the yogic-work culture.
This role goes beyond the usual HR checklist. You'll work closely with leadership to build a team that's not just skilled, but genuinely aligned with what we're trying to do — while strengthening our culture and how people experience working here. What You'll Do
- Lead recruitment across departments, from sourcing to onboarding
- Find creative ways to source talent — job portals, social media, referrals, and networks
- Build an onboarding experience for the team members, support initiatives that bring people together and build a positive, collaborative culture
- Maintain HR records, documentation, and policies as needed
- Coordinate performance reviews & spot learning opportunities that help people grow in their roles
- Help keep the workplace healthy, inclusive, and rooted in our values
- Support efforts that help Akshar Yoga Kendraa become a place people genuinely want to work
We're Looking for Someone Who
- Has 3–5 years of experience as an HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, or in People Operations
- Enjoys working across recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and culture-building — not just one lane
- Builds trust easily, with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Can manage several things at once without losing attention to detail
- Takes ownership and genuinely enjoys making things better
Pay: From ₹25,217.27 per month
