Position: HR Manager – Recruitment & Project HR
MKCRP is looking for an experienced HR Manager who can independently handle recruitment and HR operations for our cleanroom projects and Hyderabad operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for project/site and corporate requirements.
- Quickly source and close manpower for Project Manager, Site Engineer, Supervisor, QA/QC, EHS, HVAC, Electrical, Civil, Cleanroom and other project positions.
- Develop and maintain a strong candidate database and recruitment pipeline.
- Coordinate with consultants, job portals, references and local recruitment networks.
- Conduct initial screening, interviews and salary negotiations.
- Coordinate candidate joining, documentation and onboarding.
- Manage manpower deployment as per project requirements and timelines.
- Handle employee attendance, leave, payroll coordination and HR documentation.
- Maintain employee records, HR MIS and recruitment reports.
- Coordinate with Project Heads, Plant/Operations Heads and Management for manpower planning.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters and employee engagement.
- Ensure proper implementation of company HR policies and statutory compliance.
- Support HR operations at project sites and ensure timely manpower availability.
Candidate Profile
- Qualification: MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent.
- Experience: 5+ years in HR, preferably in construction, EPC, engineering, cleanroom, HVAC, MEP or project-based companies.
- Strong experience in bulk/project recruitment and urgent manpower closures.
- Must be capable of independently handling multiple vacancies and recruitment targets.
- Good knowledge of labour laws, HR compliance, payroll and site HR operations.
- Strong communication, negotiation and coordination skills.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel, HRMS and recruitment portals.
- Candidates with an established local recruitment network in Hyderabad will be preferred.

Someone who can take recruitment responsibility and deliver manpower quickly — not just handle routine HR administration.
