We are looking for a Civil Diploma Holder with at least 7 year of hands-on experience in site execution and construction projects. The ideal candidate should be hardworking, intelligent, proactive, and a smart team player who is ready to contribute to a dynamic and growing company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and execute construction activities at the site as per project plans and specifications
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and other team members to ensure timely and quality execution
- Maintain site records, prepare daily reports, and ensure material management
- Monitor safety standards and ensure site compliance
- Provide updates to project managers and assist in resolving on-site issues
Requirements:
- Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 5 year of site work experience in residential or commercial projects
- Strong understanding of construction processes, drawings, and material specifications
- Willingness to work extended hours or overtime as required
- Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and within a team
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
